We are seeking a suitably skilled and proactive Senior Statutory Planner to provide high level advice and assess a wide range of developments across the Council district.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Formal qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or, similar.
- Extensive knowledge of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and Regulations.
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service and managing complex planning applications.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to build positive relationships and meet deadlines consistently.
- A track record of prioritising tasks and problem solving to create a positive customer experience.
